Toon wars8/28/2023 This reminder gives Max the motivation to take the test even when he admits he isn't much of a fighter, prompting him to head back to his rocket to use the new hyperdrive for Toon City again. They remind him that when put in heavy situations like this, Max was able to pull through on his own during Crossover Forces, even inspiring him to fly his own rocketship and join the Toon Force. This prompts him to visit now Counselor Hedgehog and Oscar at Summer Camp Island for advice as he's incredibly nervous about the test. However, while scavenging again, Max accidentally picks up a drive looking similar to the new one, not realizing it when he remembers he has to take the final Toon Force Initiation Exam later in the day. Eventually, Entrapta gives Max a working hyperdrive before having to look for more parts. In the middle of his search, little Kitra shows him a drawing she made of the two of them smiling with each other, depicting Kitra around the same age as he is. Max remembers that he's in need of a hyperdrive after his rocketship's warp core had malfunctioned, helping Entrapta gather useful parts while looking for a new drive. However, their assignment changes when Bob requests they assist Entrapta with equipment in her lab. One afternoon, Max is summoned by Pepper Corn to help tend to their duty to collect trash around the Toon Force H.Q. With his enemies defeated, Black Hat gloats one final time before he is killed by Entrapta using Bob's arm cannon. Because of the sophistication of Netflix's programming and the risk of losing Toonverse-specific character data, bringing back the lost heroes would take lengths Jimmy could only describe as borderline unethical. Unfortunately, this also costed the life of both Kitra and Catra, whom he sought to bring to his side in one way or another. He explains his goal was to eliminate both sides so he could return to prominence without the major heroes getting in his way. Before he can ponder his next scheme, he is attacked by Cattus the Ultimate and cornered by other members of the Toon Republic, who demand answers from the supervillain. Sometime prior to Mickey's takeover, Black Hat celebrates in his island lair after a chilling victory over the Toonverse after a major disaster on Etheria decimated the Toon Force and all of the She-Ra cartoon. |
